Clan Hackett of Leinster supports those in need.
Our Clan is fully committed to helping others where we can.
We have helped raise funds towards building a hospital in Burkina Faso.
We have a longstanding committment to help leprosy sufferers and their families in Sri Lanka. We do this by raising funds for SUROL a Catholic Charity .This small charity helps people suffering from the disease and importantly their families.
We help a developing country in Uganda Africa. The Kingdom of Bunyoro-Kitara is the oldest of 5 kingdoms in the country. The King (Omukama)Solomon Iguru I has a continuing programme of improvements in place to help his people who are amongst some of the poorest in the world.
The Head of Clan Hackett of Leinster has been especially charged by the king, to help raise awareness of the Kingdom and to help and improve the lives of the ordinary people there.
These charities are small, but they need our help and we are determined as a Caring Clan to help those less fortunate in the world.
